Awareness of Suppliers

All companies that provide services and/or carry out work on IRMAMOLDE facilities must comply with all applicable legislation in the scope of the service provided, with special attention to aspects related to Safety, Health at Work and protection of the Environment in accordance with:

SAFETY

  • It is mandatory to communicate the beginning and the end of the provision of the service to the local Responsible.
  • It is mandatory to use personal protective equipment appropriate to the service provided, as well as the continuous training of the technician in question. This training must be registered and, when requested, must be provided.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our facilities.
  • It is mandatory to report all incidents / accidents at work that occur during the provision of the service.
  • It is mandatory to comply with all the rules established within the scope of the Pandemic control Covid19.
  • When applicable, the presentation of the Professional Aptitude Certificate (CAP) is mandatory.

GASEOUS EMISSIONS

The good condition of the vehicles that travel to our facilities must be guaranteed in order to minimize the emitted gases.

RESIDUES

The residues generated in our facilities are responsibility of the company that provides the service, which is responsible for following them up, in accordance with the Environmental Legislation in force.

ENVIRONMENT

When necessary, documentation that proves compliance with the Environmental Legislation must be provided.

SPILLS

Whenever a spill occurs, it must be immediately reported to the local officer.

NOISE

  • The good condition of vehicles traveling to our facilities must be guaranteed in order to avoid excessive noise.
  • Avoid unnecessary noise (honking, accelerating suddenly, etc.)

CHEMICALS

  • It is mandatory to present the Safety Data Sheets for all chemical products;
  • The packaging of chemical products must be identified and labeled in accordance with the legislation in force;
  • Chemical packaging must remain closed after use.

Assessment Methods and Requirements

Each criterion is assessed on a scale of 1 (does not meet) to 3 (does).
Suppliers are approved if the average of the evaluated criteria is greater than 2.
Whenever a supplier obtains a rating between 1.5 and 2, it is approved with restrictions. Purchases are allowed, however corrective actions may be requested.
If the result obtained is ≤ 1, 5 the Supplier is not approved and purchases are not allowed, and this result is communicated to them.

  • Product / Service Compliance
  • Price
  • After-sales
